Yuriy Pak

Member of the Board of Directors

Between 1993 and 2002, Mr. Pak worked in wholesale and retail trade sector of consumer goods, oil products and industrial equipment. Mr. Pak was one of the founders of KBK LLP Corporation. He was Deputy General Director at KBK LLP Corporation from 1993 to 1997 and subsequently worked as the company’s General Director from 1997 to 1999. He served as Head of Sales and Marketing of Oil Products Department at the national oil and gas company, KazakhOil in 1999 and 2000. Mr. Pak then worked again at KBK LLP Corporation as Deputy General Director between 2000 and 2002. From 2002 to 2004 he was Unit Manager at ERC Holdings LLC and from 2004 to 2006 he served as Director of Lancaster Group Pte Ltd.

Mr. Pak is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of Lancaster Group. He also occupies the positions of Chairman of Lancaster Media and Chairman of Kazakh-Italian Joint Venture ERSAI Caspian Contractor. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Syrymbet JSC.

Mr. Pak was born in 1970 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He is a graduate of Kazakh State Academy of Management. Mr. Pak is married and has one child. In his spare time he enjoys golf and skiing.
