Kassym Abzhanov

From 2000 to 2002 Mr. Abzhanov held the position of Head of planning and analytical department at Accept Corporation. Between 2002 and 2004 he was Senior Management Accountant at Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating and subsequently worked as Deputy Chief Accountant in 2004 and 2005. He then served as Finance Manager and Chief Accountant at ERSAI Caspian Contractor from 2005 to 2006.

Mr. Abzhanov is now a Member of the Board of Directors of Lancaster Group and the President of Lancaster Group Kazakhstan.

Mr. Abzhanov was born in 1977 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He is a graduate of Kazakh Academy of Management and holds MBA from Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University. He also holds Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation. Mr. Abzhanov is married and has two children. He enjoys football, skiing and scubadiving.
