Nurlan Kapparov
Chairman of the Board of Directors
In 1990 Mr. Kapparov founded Accept Corporation and worked as its President from 1991 to 1997. He served as President and CEO of Kazakh national companies KazTransOil from 1997 to 1998 and KazakhOil (currently KazMunaiGas) from 1998 to 1999.

Berik Kaniyev
Member of the Board of Directors
Between 1994 and 1999 Mr. Kaniyev managed his own oil processing and distribution business and worked as President of KBK Ltd, President of Kazneftecom Ltd and President of Neco Ltd.

Yuriy Pak
Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Pak was Deputy General Director at KBK Ltd from 1993 to 1997 and subsequently worked as the company’s General Director from 1997 to 1999. He served as Head of Sales and Marketing of Oil Products Department at the national oil and gas company, KazakhOil in 1999 and 2000.

Erbolat Dossaev
Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Dossaev started as Managing Director of Accept Corporation and was soon appointed First Vice President and General Director of the company in 1996 and 1997. He worked as Vice Chairman of BankTuranAlem JSC and Chariman and CEO of Almaty Merchant Bank from 1997 to 1998.

Kassym Abzhanov
Member of the Board of Directors
From 2000 to 2002 Mr. Abzhanov held the position of Head of planning and analytical department at Accept Corporation. Between 2002 and 2004 he was Senior Management Accountant at Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating and subsequently worked as Deputy Chief Accountant in 2004 and 2005.

Askar Amrin
Member of the Board of Directors
Askar Amrin started as Legal Counsel at the State Centre for Pension Payment in 1997. He then moved to the Department of legislation and international law at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
